Its Delta’s 4th largest hub and a dream for many over the past 5 years. The airport is focused on the traveler experience and Visit Salt Lake had the opportunity to put their stamp on its first, Visit Salt Lake Gift Shop. Connecting new digital visitor services initiatives and combining retail and traveler interactive information.

Key Goals:

As an essential part of Visit Salt Lake tourism, they planned to innovate one of their biggest revenue generating stores – the official Visit Salt Lake gift shop. The goal is to invite more travelers to enter the shop and explore all the goodies, while providing new ways to engage and get visitors to stay and plan trips.
