Omniexperience Process

When you are onsite with the customer:
  • You represent Omniexperience, no reference to your company should ever be made
  • Check all hardware, document any defects, serial numbers
Prior to leaving the site:
  • Contact Omniexperience for final approval
  • Have the customer sign off on customer checklist
    • Document any issues
  • Upload photos
    • Each product
      • Close up
      • 10 ft away
      • Boxes (in case product is DOA)
      • Serial # for each displays

Hardware information

  • Prior to unboxing the hardware, take photos of all display boxes (in case we have a DOA, vendor needs photos
    of boxes)
  • Document all part #s and serial #

Video Wall Installation Instructions:

Mount the displays using the mounting brackets provided

Once display and Nuc is mounted and powered up, press the “Windows” key on the keyboard and type in “WiFi” and select the Change WiFi settings to takes you to the screen to setup WiFi

Configuration: Video Wall Setup

Ensure the dimmensions with support and before installing anything confirm the setup, ex: 2x1, 4x4, 2x4 etc.

The setup for the wall resolution will be set as 4K resolution and this is the max that we can do.

Go into each monitor using the remote and change the resolution to 4K On remote, press (Home->More Settings->Pictures->Picture Options->UHD Color->HDMI1->On (if the input for the monitor is DisplayPort, choose Display Port instead of HDMI1 – this applies to monitor #2-6)

The PC will connect to the Main display by HDMI1 (this can be consider your monitor #1). This #1 will be connected to #2 monitor using the DisplayPort cable (DP Out – Loop out to DP IN on monitor #2)

Connect #2 to #3 with DisplayPort cable and repeat for the rest to monitors

On remote, press Home->Video Wall->On, then change Horizontal x Vertical to the proper videowall setup (example: 2x1), set Format to “Full”. Then set the “Screen Position” to the corresponding monitor #. Repeat this for each monitor. Note: since this is done with the remote, this may need to be setup prior to mounting to the wall since the remote will control all monitors at the same time and you won’t be able to set the Screen Position for each monitor separately
